Returned Payments

If an ACH, debit, or credit card payment is not honored by the issuer or bank for any reason, the customer is responsible for that payment plus a $25 service charge and any additional fees charged by the bank or card issuer.

  • Prices only cover the specific services purchased; additional services (hosting, development) are separate.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Refunds may be issued if you are dissatisfied with our work.

  • Refunds are processed within 30 working days to the original card or account.

  • Refunds apply in the following cases:

  1. Non-Delivery: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Download/Unzipping Issues: Claims must be submitted within 30 days.

  3. Major Defects: If a defect is verified and not corrected within 72 hours, a refund or replacement is issued.

  4. Product Not-As-Described: Claims must be submitted within 30 days with evidence.

  • Children under 13 cannot use our services. Accounts created by minors may be canceled.
